OBRA- The OBRA Waiver is a Home and Community Based Waiver program that may help you if you have a developmental physical disability to allow you to live in the community and remain as independent as possible.

COMMCARE- If you have a medically determined diagnosis of traumatic brain injury (TBI), the COMMCARE Waiver can help you remain as independent as possible.

Aging Home and Community Based Waiver- Aging Home and Community-Based Waiver Services may be available to Pennsylvanians over the age of 60 to enable them to continue to live in their homes and communities with support and services.

Attendant Care Program- Home and community-based program for individuals with physical disabilities capable of a) selecting and supervising attendant care worker(s); b) managing your own financial affairs; and c) managing your own legal affairs.

Independent waiver-If you are an adult with a severe physical disability, the Independence Waiver may be able to help you live or remain in the community and remain as independent as possible.

WAIVER ELIGIBILITY
* Pennsylvania resident
* Age 18 and older
* Financial qualification: less than $2199.00 per month
* Total assets of less than $8000.00
* Physical Disability that is expected to last more than 12 months including but not limited to: Traumatic brain injury, diabetes, chronic arthritis, chronic asthma, heart/kidney problems, hypertension, cancer, stroke, paraplegic, multiple sclerosis, lupus, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, respiratory disorders, pulmonary disease, muscular dystrophy, injury, knee pain, osteoporosis, CHF, CHD, etc.
